United States Postal Service believes in providing a fair chance to each and every job-seeking candidate. The selection of candidates is entirely dependent on the performance that they have displayed at all four stages of the hiring process.

Postal Work Authority( provides professional assistance to the candidates looking for and seeking a job in the postal service. With features like expert guidance and live assistance, our program aims to help the job seeking candidates to navigate successfully through the different stages of USPS hiring process.

Both, the USPS and Postal Work Authority cannot guarantee that a candidate will get the job, and also cannot assure the availability of a specific job in a particular area. It must be noted that is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the USPS.

Postal Work Authority guides and assists candidates in the overall hiring process. We help them in searching for the job, applying for the job, preparing for the Postal Exam and interview. We strongly believe that a 'rock solid preparation' is necessary for getting hired. More than 90% of candidates who register for our assistance program are able to pass the exam in their maiden attempt.

We have complete faith in our abilities and the zeal of sincere candidates. Hence, we guarantee that a candidate will pass the postal exam or else we will refund the entire registration amount paid by the candidate.

A candidate may ask for a refund within three days of registering for the program. Given that our online tools and other resources provided to the candidate with registration have not yet been accessed.

Candidates who do not pass the exam can request a refund by submitting the Refund Request Form, along with a copy of their exam score from the USPS and a copy of the charge as it appears on their bankcard statement.

It will take two business days for processing the refunds. The refunds are subjected to 10% processing and administration fee.
